Hello my fellowships from Okinawa,

As you may know, my name is Herminio Eugenio Massingue from Mozambique and first year master student in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at University of the Ryukyus.

I’m applying for Kakehashi Okinawa Regional Coordinator, because I believe in networking among ABE Initiative students first, and also with Japanese expertise in different areas of knowledge to help in development of our Continent. If we join our forces and experience we can do better for our countries.
